Mission Season Schedule

Each year, RoR plans its trips and outreaches within an eight-month Mission Season, spanning from September 15th through April 14th. The Summer Planning Season begins on April 15th and marks the beginning of the next Mission Year.

Within the Mission Season, there are three season periods:

• Fall: Sep 15 — Nov 14
• Winter: Nov 15 — Feb 14
• Spring: Feb 15 – Apr 14

Each Mission Year is labeled for the year in which it begins.
For example, the first official Mission Year, which lasted from September 2025 to April 2026, was labeled MY-2025.
